Honestly, since switching over to Northern Heights, it's impossible to reach reception. The phone system simply rings and then hangs up. When I do reach someone, they try to transfer me and it always comes back unanswered. The person gives up and says, "Please try reception again a bit later." Reception NEVER picks up. It's like they decided to save a few bucks and not bother with a receptionist. It's not a cheap place which makes it doubly frustrating.
Great staff, and a fantastic, scenic community.
My father moved into Waters Edge this week. From start to finish it was one of the most genuine and impressive displays of service I have ever experienced. It felt like my father’s arrival was the most important and rewarding thing happening for the staff. I of course wondered if it would last and am amazed to see it got better and better.
