The apartments are gorgeous, and the amenities are incredible. I even hosted my bridal shower here, and it turned out wonderfully.
Moved in July 2025 from another Cedarview property where I had Shannon as my leasing agent. Shannon went above and beyond to fix an issue or to answer any question. When I moved to Waters Edge, I wanted to continue to work with Shannon, I was told they had a manager but shortly before move in I was told she was helping and I got to work with her again.
