I just toured and signed a lease here, and the experience was excellent. The property looks great, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Pam was especially helpful, kind, and easy to work with. She made the whole experience stress-free. Excited to move in!

The apartments are gorgeous, and the amenities are incredible. I even hosted my bridal shower here, and it turned out wonderfully.
Moved in July 2025 from another Cedarview property where I had Shannon as my leasing agent. Shannon went above and beyond to fix an issue or to answer any question. When I moved to Waters Edge, I wanted to continue to work with Shannon, I was told they had a manager but shortly before move in I was told she was helping and I got to work with her again.
