We moved in in June 2022 and moved out immediately when our lease was up. Our vehicles had been hit twice, broken into once, and my mothers car was also hit an hour after she arrived to visit. I made necessary reports and asked about video footage for each incident and each time they claimed to view tape nothing was found or the cameras happen to be down at that time! I have been in these apartments for 9 months and it has been a disaster. Management is never available, they have one maintenance person that's not available often. Parking they have assigned parking for all tenants but they have my neighbor gets two parking I've asked for higher management and they refuse to give me that informatio she has privilege to park in two spots knowing other tenants cars get hit because hers in way they won't do anything about it. So I have to park elsewhere because I can't get into my parking spot... read more
We absolutely love living here! We moved in one year ago, and it’s just been wonderful. The maintenance is VERY quick to get to you if anything is wrong, the management/ leasing agent is super sweet. We love the back area with the creek, it’s beautiful. Great place to call home.
My husband and I have lived here for over 3years and every time we fly back from visiting Family this place always feels like home. People here have mutual respect and kindness for each other and keep a eye out for intruders drifting through..🧟♂️🧟♀️.. And some of the other tenants here are pretty cool people too
Originally, we were skeptical about Waters Edge. We even canceled our appointment to view, letting management know it was due to online reviews. They assured us that management had changed, so we decided to check it out for ourselves. We really enjoyed our tour, applied and have had nothing but good experiences with management for almost two years. Great communication, friendly and attentive.
