Not too bad for lower prices The leasing consultant was very nice but not very experienced or professional. Apartments are set up with private entrances, but like a motel. Small apartments, but prices are very cheap. Pets are allowed, but limited to small breeds. No dishwashers in units!
Pontrail has it all! Pontrail is conveniently close to 96 and 23, so my drive to U of M is only 20 mins. The leasing consultant was very warm and welcoming, making me feel like I was already home! She was very professional and helpful; doing everything she could to get me into my first apartment. You can tell the place is old, but it's in great shape. The leasing agents are extremely rude and disrespectful. I was verbally attacked by One of the leasing agents daughters and had to call the police. Disrespect and safety issues
