Spend money on Fixing the elevator after being broken for months and filling the rest of the Chuck holes in the parking lot that have been there for years. And don't call these ignorant people live here.
Lived here for three years...the original management company was great. We definitely got what we paid for, it wasn't luxury but it was a decent place to come home to. Since then we have seen multiple turnovers to different companies. They have lost our lease, charged us erroneously, lost packages delivered to the office, waited weeks to clean up bio hazard waste left by neighbors moving out and more. RecommendedI've been here about 4 yers now and I've seen so many people come and go. some bad, others worse... but with a new management company and new staff so far things seem to have dramatically improved! There's always only so much they can do when ownership has to approve everything but so far everyone has been awesome. They're friendly and I'm very pleased with the new maintenance team. I have lived here almost two years and I love all the amenities and the location is great, you are close to the highway and to Downtown Cuyahoga Falls which has tons of dining and entertainment choices. If you’re looking for a beautiful and affordable housing check us out and schedule an appointment for a tour.
They have rude managers if anything needs fixed too bad your on a waiting list which means theyll never get to you no matter what needs fixed it not important to them
When I lived here, I lived on the first floor. Our windows didn’t lock, the door only had a dead bolt and no door frame on the inside so it could have easily been kicked in. My roommates phone got stolen out of her window as we slept because like I said, the windows didn’t lock properly. I couldn’t move out soon enough
Keep looking! The place is a dump! They will let anyone move in!
