I recently visited Waters edge Apartments in Sunrise, and I had a wonderful experience touring the property with Christian, one of their sales associates. He took his time walking me through the property, and explaining everything and answering questions I had for someone who may be thinking of their next home. The property definitely has a very welcoming sense. Feels safe, and kept clean. I moved in last week. The whole process was very quick and easy. I did everything online without even coming here first(bcs i lived out of state). Apt was like in the pictures provided. Its very clean and quiet so far. Stuff is also very professional and nice.
