I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Water's Edge.The maintenance team is always prompt and efficient, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly. The amenities are good, making it easy to enjoy everything from the fitness center to the pool and community spaces. The management team is friendly, professional, and always willing to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Nancy has been great and has help us a lot. We really enjoy the events they do every month. I love the location of the complex. When it comes to apartment maintenance, It is top-notch because when we (my family) put in a request, the maintenance worker will respond and be on top of it, usually the same day or the next day. I would say the front office staff is the best and friendly. I also love how it is located next to a lake (it's pretty cool to see the ducks and iguanas walking around.) and it is across Welleby Park, which is a nice park to go to. I really love the location of the complex. The apartment maintenance is excellent; whenever my family submits a request, the maintenance team responds promptly, usually the same day or the next. The front office staff is also outstanding and very friendly. Additionally, I enjoy that it is situated next to a lake, where it's nice to see ducks and iguanas wandering around.
