Gates have not worked for the past 6 months. Infested with wasps and hornets which management does nothing about. There is trash all over the grassed areas that goes completely unattended even after management is informed. Two words that come to mind when describing my current situation as a Water's Edge resident, DISAPPOINTED and TRAUMATIZED Ants, Roaches, Spiders, Beetles, Centipedes, Rats, Snakes, neighbors with continuous trash violations......this has been my daily fight since my stay at this property.
