I pre-leased an apartment with them. I had a move in date. They had someone still living in the apartment and let them extend their lease past my move in date and my current apartments end date, after I pre-leased the apartment. They only let me know a little over 2 weeks ahead of time. They only would offer a smaller apartment for more money. They are thieves and take advantage of people. The very next day after emailing Waters Edge Apartments I got a call from Judy Ramirez, the Assistant Manager. She was so kind, helpful and honest in our communications and she had me approved for my apartment within a week! I’ve lived at Waters Edge for over a year now and I love it.
