Had him do a subdivision and put a road in. He took every shortcut you can imagine cheap asphalt didn’t pack the ground in good and the road is breaking apart after two years giant sink holes left all the manholes covered up and didn’t put swells in like what was in the bid. Double charged for dirt and roadwork then put zero in for asphalt like it was included. Guy in a waters construction 10 wheeler was speeding on riverdale road, riding peoples tailends, slaming on brakes at last minute basecally running people off the road, bald headed skinny guy. Whats your traveling distance supposed to be in a big rig like that i know it wasnt what he was doing. He was acting like a guy in a porsh or ferrari swerving in and out of lanes. Dude was in a hurry or on somethin. Hes lucky i never reported him to riverdale or hp.
