The woman greeting was amazing!
I am writing this review to explain why I am giving this car wash 4 stars. Customer service is very good, but I have had two experiences where I arrived at 6:30 p.m. and was no longer allowed to enter. On those occasions, the employee simply looked at me, turned away, and provided no explanation, which felt unprofessional. The second issue, and the one that bothers me the most, is the lack of organization between unlimited members and pay-per-service customers. This has happened to me more than 10 times.
