Do NOT go here. They regularly overcharge and give astronomical quotes for simple work. They also lie about timelines, which causes you to be without a vehicle for months, even YEARS, without the work getting done. Horrible customer service. There is a group on Facebook for those who have been wronged by this company, with legitimate complaints going back more than 10 years for the same behaviors. Do yourself the favor, save yourself the trouble, go to Joppa Auto and Transmission just up the street.

Glenn scammed me out of my money. I first took my car to a different shop that ruined my vehicle. I then brought it to waters for a 2nd opinion. Waters agreed to fix the vehicle and the other shop agreed to pay for the repairs. Waters had my vehicle for 3 months. (Since March 20th). He told me about 3-4 different Family, personal issues that was stopping him from getting the car done.
