I dropped my truck off the week of Thanksgiving and I didn't get it back until April! I waited 5 months for them just to tell me that my truck CAN'T be fixed (which was a lie). I took it to the Chevy dealer the same day I picked it up and it was fixed less than a week. They just didnt want to cover the repairs like they said they would for keeping my truck for so long. I had an excellent experience with waters auto service . They were honest, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. I brought my car in for some suspension damage , and they diagnosed the problem right away and for half the price that Honda was gonna charge. The pricing was fair, and they took the time to explain everything without pushing unnecessary services. My car runs great. Definitely coming back if I need anything else. Trustworthy mechanics are hard to find, and these guys are the real deal!

Please I beg of people this place is terrible. The guy Glen has had my car for 6 months. And has not even worked on my car. On top of it all he is a liar. I call an call an call, he never answers. The worst was he apologized to me on the delay and told me he is in the hospital one day his wife who is very sick, my son rode up there and this liar is in there. I left it alone that day. A week go by I call he say he is.in the hospital again with his wife as I am sitting in the parking lot as he is on the phone with me. I walked... read more
