I did took my vehicle to him regarding the ac issue (hot air blowing). After I left his center, He called me and saying that “my vehicle is in lovely and good working condition except AC”. It requires to replace compressor, coils and so on other stuff, which will costs $2500 ( in fact vehicle is not worth the same amount). BEWARE! Glenn had my car since July 5th. Told me to pick up car July 21st. July 20th asked about getting my car, was told it wouldn’t be ready. After multiple attempts to get ahold of him I didn’t hear anything & already paid all the money. Made a police report. July 29th went to get my car with my spare key to take it somewhere else. My car was no where to be found. Made a 2nd police report & reported it as stolen. Police located my car. Glenn gave my car away to a random woman without my consent. Horrible experience. Got me for over $1000 and no work was done.
Do NOT go here. They regularly overcharge and give astronomical quotes for simple work. They also lie about timelines, which causes you to be without a vehicle for months, even YEARS, without the work getting done. Horrible customer service. There is a group on Facebook for those who have been wronged by this company, with legitimate complaints going back more than 10 years for the same behaviors. Do yourself the favor, save yourself the trouble, go to Joppa Auto and Transmission just up the street.
