We had someone drop by and ask if we wanted to have someone come and test our water. We were quoted “a 20-25 minute process”. We figured there would be a sales pitch, but we thought it might be worth it. The sales rep came over and started her presentation. 25 minutes in, she hadn’t even mentioned a water filtration product yet. She ended up staying for almost two hours because we were too polite to ask her to leave. Our whole evening was wasted.

Worked for them. They over charge. But you can haggle your way down on price. Anyway, just not a good company to work for.

The customer service is awesome! Everyone that I spoke to from the sales team to installers to the owner, everyone was super helpful. The day after the install I had a couple of minor issues and Rob, the owner, was right on it as quick as he could! I will definitely be buying from these guys again when I buy my next home.
