Charles and his team installed a waterproof system in our basement in March, right before the large amount of rain that came through. Waterproofing 4 Less did an excellent job installing our internal French drain system in early January. Mike and the team were efficient, hauling away all debris. Charles has been very responsive to any questions or concerns, even following up a week later to ensure everything was working properly. While there was an initial mistake with the sump pump discharge pipe outside, they promptly addressed it.
