We stopped in to look for a kitchen sink. The woman who greeted us was very kind, then a gentleman (use that term loosely) stepped in. He was so condesending and rude. We had done our homework and knew what we needed to fit our space. This guy talked to us like we were a couple of idiots. It was unreal. I would rather wash my dishes in the backyard with a garden hose than buy a kitchen sink from this place. Such a shame because they do have beautiful products. We are currently building a home and were sent to the Waterplace by our builder. From our initial meeting we have been working with Monica, and she has really been enjoyable to work with. She is thorough and gives her best advice when necessary. She is also very quick with communication and sending documents over to our builder. Would definitely recommend scheduling an appointment with her if you're looking to build/remodel a bathroom or kitchen! We recently wanted to remodel our second bathroom. I knew from past remodeling projects that our first step was to schedule an appointment at WaterPlace in Crown Point. The showroom helps you with deciding on what style and colors you might want to use. We were super fortunate to work with Leyla there. I have worked with Water Place team member Monica for the last year and a half to design the kitchen and bath spaces for a new custom home. The fixtures she helped us select, her attention to detail and her cheerful personality made this portion of the project extremely enjoyable. The Water Place is where you need to go if you want beautiful results!
