We stopped in to look for a kitchen sink. The woman who greeted us was very kind, then a gentleman (use that term loosely) stepped in. He was so condesending and rude. We had done our homework and knew what we needed to fit our space. This guy talked to us like we were a couple of idiots. It was unreal. We are currently building a home and were sent to the Waterplace by our builder. From our initial meeting we have been working with Monica, and she has really been enjoyable to work with. She is thorough and gives her best advice when necessary. She is also very quick with communication and sending documents over to our builder. We recently wanted to remodel our second bathroom. I knew from past remodeling projects that our first step was to schedule an appointment at WaterPlace in Crown Point. The showroom helps you with deciding on what style and colors you might want to use. We were super fortunate to work with Leyla there.
