The owners/operators are Keung-Soo and Li. They are good people trying to make an honest living. I’ve known them for over 10 years, and have at least one child who they supported through a post-secondary education. Rather than criticize them, try to understand their struggles and be kind. And how about showing your appreciation by tipping them, bring them a small gift, or even a gift card to a grocery store?
