I’ve known them for over 10 years, and have at least one child who they supported through a post-secondary education. Rather than criticize them, try to understand their struggles and be kind. As a water connoisseur, this is one of the best tasting water in town with a nice clean crisp and refreshing taste. Unfortunately the service factor is very unfriendly-like. The owner does fill the jugs for you and transports it to your vehicle, but expect a cold bitter, yet mysterious atmosphere when in the shop. Lots of interesting antiques and lovely rocking chairs to sit on. I put up with it the service because the water is really good.
