Recommendedgood group of people and loading was quick.
They had a very comprehensive Fire Explorer level class on pump operation and build. Provided dinner before and bling after the tour and instruction . All employees were very kind and knowledgeable, excited to share their knowledge and experience. Provided lots of online resources accessible by smartphone/computer.
Day 1 of the Waterous Pump school in the books. Very informative, Great instructor, Very Knowledgeable in all Pump Theories,Operations. Great Classroom with ample training props, and operational cutaway pumps, and training manuals and needed teardown tools supplied.
I attended the Waterous Mechanic Seminar in October 2016. The training and materials provided was outstanding! Plenty of hands-on experience for all attendees. In my experiences, this was the most thorough training I have had. I walked away with a ton of knowledge, reference and training materials, and some Waterous swag!
I worked there for 23 years. The people are hard working and wonderful, Plus also being very helpful
The staff are friendly & hard working,, spent 45 minutes after arriving to load, I was the 2nd truck,., wish it was that way all over
