water oak is coming along great with all the upgrades that the property is doing. i love my apartment. this is such a great place to live. Stephanie and Jonathan are the best staff that this apartment complex has ever had. always so nice and willing to go the extra mile. i highly recommend!!!
My review didn't post so I'm reviewing again. Water Oak apartments gets 5 stars because they have been doing total renovations! They are putting in new windows, doors, flooring, sheetrock, updating paint inside and out, all new lighting inside and out, doorbells, new appliances, new toilets and bath tubs/shower, all new sidewalks, new mailboxes, fencing the whole property with a nice wooden fence, and even putting in a bus stop for the children!!
