I’ve lived here about a year and I have nothing but great things to say about my apartment. Stephanie is most definitely the best landlord I’ve ever had! She’s very kind to everyone, and very professional. She always speaks to my kids and asks about our day when she sees us. She’s a genuine and caring person. When I have a maintenance problem, she doesn’t hesitate to get the problem fixed!
I have lived here for a year. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. Stephanie is very personable and professional. She has handled every issue I’ve had in a timely manner. The apartment is a little dated but I can’t beat the great location and affordability. Update: After living here for 3 years, I do not recommend living here unless you are desperate for shelter. The maintenance men changed often and they would come in unannounced. The latch was removed from my door so they can have access to my unit “when needed”. My front... read more
Lived here for almost 6 years. Nice, quiet place to live. The office manager, Stephanie always address any concerns promptly.
I've lived out here for 5 years and anytime I've had an issue it would be resolved the same day. Stephanie(apartment manager) is amazing
I love living here. Stephanie is the best manager ever. She takes care of any problems you have. She is very nice and easy to talk to. The property is kept clean and is quiet. I have lived here for almost three years without any issues.
