My review didn't post so I'm reviewing again. Water Oak apartments gets 5 stars because they have been doing total renovations! They are putting in new windows, doors, flooring, sheetrock, updating paint inside and out, all new lighting inside and out, doorbells, new appliances, new toilets and bath tubs/shower, all new sidewalks, new mailboxes, fencing the whole property with a nice wooden fence, and even putting in a bus stop for the children!! I have came and toured this complex before and during and after some of the apartments have been renovated, I have nothing but great things to say about the renovation they are doing to this place. It definitely is getting a face lift and upgrades that needed to be done. But what I can’t speak highly enough of is the office manager, she was so nice and professional and very informative on everything going on there from all options of living assistance to the renovation to the application process.
