Watermill Express in Portales is operating well the past 2 months. All payment works and the water and ice all work.
Watermill Express in Portales is very frustrating to use. At least one side is down all the time and the other side only works occasionally. I have to drive 60 miles round trip to get water when this is out of service. I've made 5 trips for water in the past 6weeks and only used this kiosk successfully once. There is no customer service either email or phone. Just messages to the Void, never to be returned. I wish there were other viable options. Why was the water station at 14th St. and Main St. removed. I love the water. Awesprice too.
