I use to love living here, but now Watermill has changed. A lot of my neighbors including me have complained about seeing roaches which was never a problem before. But, now it is. Also, there have been a problem with neighborhood kids and kids from the Watermill community damaging and trashing the Watermill property . Beware if you are moving into building 19. That complex is full of nasty residents which cause a roach infestation in the building. I've even seen roaches in the laundry room and crawling in the hallway building. I just moved out of apartment 202 so if you see that apartment on the market, beware. Whoever moves into that home please make sure to bring your raid and all sorts of roach bombs. The roaches got so bad they starting crawling on my bed at night. That's terrifying.
