Hi, Simone was very pleasant and professional. She welcomed me in with a beautiful smile even though I was a walk in. She showed me what I was looking for immediately. I enjoyed my tour, and was very impressed with what I saw. She listened and answered my questions with a smile. She gave me options and explained them very well. The best tour I have so far. And I've been looking around. She's definitely a keeper and I look forward to working with her in the future.
I have lived in this community for 16 years. Since they started accepting vouchers, roaches have infested my apt. We had a small issue a few years back that was handled much better but it was under different ppl in the office. Last year we noticed roaches again. We called the office, they sent someone out who spray for 10 seconds and put sticky traps that didn't do much. It calmed down a bit but now has gotten so much worse! Watermill is a great place to live. They have great amenities, the location is near many stores, restaurants, and entertainment; and the overall environment is peaceful. The staff is also very professional, specifically Assistant Manager Simone.
