Beware of this company - Unbelievable incompetence at the Landing next door! My father was there for only 2 weeks before we moved him out because the care was non-existent and negligent. We were lied to by the sales person Kathleen and Byron the executive director was responsible for the terrible experience. My father fell twice on their watch and ended up in the hospital with dehydration and pneumonia. Overzealous Watercrest employee (former apartment rent sales) laid claim that they could handle my sisters early onset Alzheimer’s. Every reassessment came with many MANY hundreds of dollars in price increases. Within a year we were told that we’d have to move her to another facility. AFTER I had spent $4000 on small apartment furniture and decor. (Worth pennies on the dollar just months later) And AFTER she was acclimated. I have to say that I would love to give this place a good recommendation but I can't. Issues such as fire alarms always going off plus much more..... are never addressed or resolved. So much so I am considering moving my mother.
