RecommendedWe're happy here! Move in date was April 12,2020! My one complaint is, it's a non smoking facility. Someone keeps smoking in the mornings and evenings. This needs further investigation and STOPPED! Aside from this, pleased and food is wonderful more times than not! At least I don't have to cook it! :)
Hire more competent staff. Better ratio of staff to residents. Hire better supervisors. The food is lousy and very commercial.
I am a founder. In the two years I’ve been here I have lost a son and my wife. The staff and residents have been like family to me . They have been loving and caring , so this is my home for the rest of my life.
Beware of this company - Unbelievable incompetence at the Landing next door! My father was there for only 2 weeks before we moved him out because the care was non-existent and negligent. We were lied to by the sales person Kathleen and Byron the executive director was responsible for the terrible experience. My father fell twice on their watch and ended up in the hospital with dehydration and pneumonia. I have to say that I would love to give this place a good recommendation but I can't. Issues such as fire alarms always going off plus much more..... are never addressed or resolved. So much so I am considering moving my mother.
My Mom lives there. It's got everything you need to keep you busy and happy. I wouldn't mind living there myself.
