This HOA lives in a bubble, not even its president lives there. They spend $$$ on landscaping! Which is very nice; but given today's economy you'd think they'd have a "greener" approach. They recently upgraded the security to prevent cars from following you into the parking structure but not a person from climbing over the perimeter fencing.
