Watermark pools has been completely unhelpful with a warranty claim regarding a several thousand dollar pool cover they sold! We have submitted photos and talked with everyone in the store but no one will return calls or assist at any level. In fact they refused to assist or even do any work for us and even told us to go to another pool place for anything we need. We were told they want a $90.00 bill paid which was incurred by the previous home owners. They are unreliable and belligerent as well as poorly staffed from office... read more
The service was excellent and Cody took the time to explain everything to me. The estimated costs were sent to me ahead of the me and the spa was fixed sooner than expected!
