By far the worst management company I've ever encountered in my life. All repairs are done with the cheapest quality of materials, if you're lucky enough to get the repairs done at all that is which takes numerous phone calls. Also the people that do the work for them are always anything but professional people/companies. If you decide on hiring this company to manage your property I would highly consider reconsidering.
