Very satisfactory experience! Stacey at the front desk gave information and answered my questions patiently, and was quick to follow up with the vendors about technology and availability. Bradley installed the pump, also answered my questions enthusiastically and left the area clean but not before sharing some tips on how to check on the system periodically. Definitely recommended!
Jeremy Leigh helped us with an auxiliary sump pump/battery backup installation, as well as a tricky toilet install with a broken flange and a very tight fit. He was a pleasure to work with, and we are very pleased with the results! Would definitely recommend to friends & family.
Brad was FANTASTIC! He fixed every problem, showed me where everything was (new to me!) and how it worked, resolved every issue and confusion adeptly and swiftly. The 2hr minimum made a lot of sense to me, I had a little list of water-based clarification & support that I needed. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Extra points for complete transparency on pricing (and very competitive!) and assistance in helping determine everything I needed. Loved the text ahead introducing the licenced plumber who was on his way over, with accurate ETA on arrival plus a tracking link! Loved this service and will absolutely use again as needed.
