Geoff and his team (including Sarah in the office) are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. We are repeat customers (installation of toilets, replacement of taps ). We also follow Geoff's FB posts ('How not to call a Plumber') which provide helpful and insightful tips for homeowners. Very professional service. I like that they send you a tracker for the technician so you know when they will arrive and also a picture of the technician who will be arriving. Nice safety feature.
