This is a great place to live. Superb staff and super friendly!
This place has the most unwelcoming, stuck up, entitled, and paranoid residents I’ve ever seen. They will literally chase you out of the lobby if they don’t recognize you. It’s happened MULTIPLE times. This culture is toxic. This is Columbia Maryland, not Chicago. If you see someone in a uniform, chances are they are here to work, not trying to gain access to your precious building for malicious reasons. Show some respect.
My mother recently purchased a condo here, and the building and staff are wonderful!
Wonderful place to live. The door staff and the concierge are the icing on the cake. Neighbors are friendships waiting to happen. The pool area is scenic and relaxing. Boasting newly redesigned common areas of our lovely building. The views from most units oversee Wilde Lake. Watermark Place has a gym, clubroom, public restrooms and showers and of course a pool. All of this is housed in a secured building/area along with secured parking. The door staff is typically available 7 days a week between 8am-11pm. Sundays until 9pm.... read more
