Love living here! So happy I chose Preserve. My neighbors are quiet and respectful, largely a community of physicians and nurses. Amy and Jordan are quick to respond to my questions and I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile.

Best place ever Pool is nice gym isn’t very busy and the neighbors were amazing. I wish I didn’t have to say goodbye :(

Verified Renter The apartment itself is pretty good, and I loved the screened in patio. Loved the grassy area and the water, saw turtles and fish in sunny warm weather. The storage is also very useful.

Verified Renter New management team - Greystar - is much more responsive that last team. Complex looks much cleaner, staff is more pleasant, and maintenance is top notch.
Excellent apt My apt is on second floor is extremely quiet and I rarely hear other apt noise even with a new baby living next to me. Maintenance staff are prompt in fixing items. Lauren at front admin office is awesome. I have seen new paving and concrete work done for repairs and there is still some repairs needed. I have lived here 6 months now. Each apt has its own garage and for the 3 bedrooms you get a two car garage. Plenty of street parking if you need it.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have lived a lot of places, had a lot of different property managers. But management here is the worst. They lie about all kinds of things to get you to sign the lease, lock you in, and then forget about you. Gate system has not worked in over 6 months, pool is closed for weeks on end, they make you pay to have your trash picked up at your door and then don't pick it up consistently. Poor Communication Drove an hour and a half to come view a one bedroom, ended up standing around waiting to get in the leasing office because no one would answer the phone. Then find out we were double booked with someone else. Also found out they booked all the one bedrooms but no one contacted me.
It doesn't get any better than this I've lived here for 18 months and am devastated that I'm relocating to another state. The management staff is so helpful. Maintenance is on top of anything you need. Air filters are changed multiple times a year. CLEAN is an understatement. This property is really an oasis.
