DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have lived a lot of places, had a lot of different property managers. But management here is the worst. They lie about all kinds of things to get you to sign the lease, lock you in, and then forget about you. Gate system has not worked in over 6 months, pool is closed for weeks on end, they make you pay to have your trash picked up at your door and then don't pick it up consistently. 3 Year Tenant Who Finally Left I have had a very bad experience there. I lived there the longest and suffered with the gate security not working correctly....the gates when working clanking day and night. The valet service gets holidays off but is not reflected on bill. When I was sick and could not get my trash can in on time I was charged 15.00. I have also been charged when I have not had a trash can out. Too many little isues The idea of the apartments is nice... but... Having a garage is a great thing.. however waking up to the vibration of your neighbors garage really SUCKS! specially when you are trying to sleep in on weekends. Our master bedroom is right under a garage, we had no issues until the people below us moved in. Then the issues started. You would think that they would make the garages more efficiently to block the vibration and the noise. I literally hear the people under us open their door, slam their car door... read more
Great Home, Poor Management/Ethic concerns The way the property was presented to us sucked us in easily. The (2) stars i've given this review are for the actual home, NOT the actual property. If considering moving into Watermark, please consider the following which will NOT be told to you before moving in, and you wont notice it during the office hours. 1. Parking is a MAJOR issue here.
