I arrived for my scheduled 11:30 a.m. appointment and knocked on the leasing office door, but no one answered. After waiting 15 minutes, I attempted to contact the management company multiple times, only to reach an unhelpful third-party AI system. This experience was disappointing and, based on other reviews, seems consistent with the level of service residents can expect at Reveal on Cumberland.
I am a current resident here in reveal Cumberland. I’ve been living here for the past 2 years first year was okay, but second year has been the worst. My A/C has been working intermittently since April. Every fix maintenance did seemed to be a temporary fix. We’ve contacted the office due to maintenance shutting off our A/C completely and leaving us with nothing to compensate for the heat we dealt with that day. October of 2025 me and my wife were slated to move in. I called the office three times in order to make sure that I had a good understanding of what was in store in regards to payment day 1. The front office told me the first month would be prorated and aside from the fees collected for application, I shouldn't have to worry about anything else.
