Went in for 1 tire, was the 3rd one checked in, and 1st to leave in about 30 to 40 minutes
We had an excellent experience at Watermark. The salesman, T.J. Barthelman, was very knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the car well. John Woffard reviewed the financial aspects of our purchase and clarified any questions we had. All in all, I am very pleased with our involvement with Watermark.
Joel in the service dept was amazing. I had questions about some recalls Id been needing addressed for over a year. My local dealerships wouldn't or couldn't accommodate the recalls. Joel got me scheduled for the recall work immediately. I live 70 plus miles from the dealership and it was definitely worth the drive to have Watermark Hyundai of Marion meet my vehicle needs.
