This a fantastic place to buy a used car. Everything is upfront and no-pressure. I inquired about a used vehicle online and got a response within 12 hours. I asked specific questions via email and quickly got specific answers. I also got a breakdown of the "off the lot" cost without prompting, including fees and taxes for the current sticker price. I forgave the dealership initially for a less than stellar car buying experience because my salesperson was new. However since signing the paperwork i recieved a letter of adverse action regarding my credit, which was never disclosed to me at the time of signing, and with my excellent credit shouldn't have been an issue. Now that they have my money no one will return my call regarding this matter. I was in awe when the staff went beyond the maintenance that I asked for. They also fixed all the recalls on my car, that I didn't even know I had... I was truly impressed. I really believe they care for their customers! Great Job!
