Roger is very professional. He was able to view our home virtually and provide a very reasonable quote over the phone to replace our 43-year-old gutters. The temperatures were still freezing and he said that he would call to schedule the installation when the temperature would be at least 50 degrees. I put in a question really late one night. Roger contacted me 1st thing in the morning. He gave me a price. We set up a date and time Roger was right on time and when he got here and saw the job the price never changed. Roger was very easy to talk with he answered all my questions and updated me on my knowledge of the new type of gutters and down spouts. He was very efficient. Talked with on phone, very nice and professional. Said the would be out within the week and a week later they he came out. I gave house measurements and detailed description over phone and I was quoted $150 over phone. After arriving and my wife being home without me,, he climbed up and looked , said gutters were completely filled and said it would take him 4 or 5 hrs to do the job and that it would be $500 now. 3 and 1/2 times the estimate which i budgeted for.
