Jenny Maldonado is a seasoned therapist who has a natural way of making people feel comfortable and accepted. Her view of her clients and people in general is positive and insightful. As a therapist myself, I would send my closest friends and family to see Jenny. Highly recommend!
Truly life changing. I'm so glad I gave Watermark a call for guidance and help managing anxiety. Jenny is thoughtful, kind, and helped me find tools that were effective for me as I tried to understand more about myself, my life, and where my anxiety comes from. There's no "easy button" when it comes to mental health, but I certainly got the guidance I needed from Jenny and Watermark to improve how I feel, manage my anxiety, and become a better, more mentally healthy person.
