Excellent customer service. Kind, accommodating. Valet service works okay. Just no parking in the downtown.
Nice hotel and convenient location while we taking a roadtrip back home. All staff were great and pleasant except one valet woman who seemed like a sullen child. Maybe she was having a bad day- I can understand this. Hotel was clean and water pressure is great.
