WaterMark is a year round waterfront destination located in the heart of the nautical mile in St. Clair Shores. Arrive by boat or car for dinner, a night out with friends or to celebrate a special event in our banquet room. First visit. Definitely will return. Boats outside patio FABULOUS!!!! Made for a perfect evening!!!! Menu was great as well as the service

This place does not prioritize customer service & taking care of their patrons. After hearing how this establishment treated a friend - and failed to resolve the conflict in a professional manner, I will be sure to never spend my hard earned money there.
Not allowing an elderly man in obvious physical distress to SIT while his daughter got the car???? What’s wrong with you people?????? $$$ Money walks....
Very disappointed that they made an elderly man stand while his daughter got her car today. The hostess said he couldn’t have a chair and couldn’t sit on the couch?! Seriously?! I understand COVID days but how about you wipe the chair down when he’s done? Is that too difficult of a task?
Any establishment that won’t let a veteran/elderly man who is in distress not sit down is not an establishment I will ever visit again. I can not believe someone would treat our elderly like this. Covid or no covid the man needed to sit while his daughter got the car and was refused.
Not friendly to the Vets or elderly who have trouble walking. I volunteer at a place with A LOT OF VETS so yah, making sure I let them know!
