Last night was the first time I had ever been to Waterman's and the service was horrible. First of all there was a group of about 20 people, which means you may need at least 2 servers, no we had one, Secondly we were being rushed to place our order, thirdly we placed our orders and the majority of the groups food was either dry, cold or fried to hard, next we do not get fresh cold water nor were we asked if we wanted more, new or another drink and lastly, but not least the server bought our tabs out and the majority still h... read more
Food was good, service was good, HOSTESSES ARE TERRIBLE. They're supposed to text you when your table is ready yet it still took 25 minutes to seat us! Calamari is a little on the spicy side, bread sub-par, scallops exquisite. If you can get past the vacuous, apathetic hostesses, you'll be happy...IF....
Went there with my fiance. Food was good but the service was kind of bad. Don't know if the server was new, hopefully he was cuz he wasn't too good
