Posting another bad review because they deserve it. They take forever to resolve issues. They cut holes in our drywall in multiple places and it took them 2+ weeks to come fix the issue (usually a water leak) and replace the wall. The whole time holes are open it smells and is so messy. There have been multiple leaks under our kitchen cabinets and so much mold and moisture build up that still has yet to be fixed. My family and I have lived here for 2 years and we’re about to sign our 3rd Year. The complex is great, the staff in the office are always ready to help & the ambience always feels laid back. I love the water access views and the new Soccer Field. This is home and regardless what you might read give Westshore Crossings a try and you’ll see for yourself how nice it really is.
I am staying here from 1 month, and this 1 rating I could give only for room layout. I got renovated room, but with in 10 days i started seeing the roaches, pest control done their job, but look roaches here habituate with these chemicals. my car got damage due to parking stopper which was not fixed properly after road maintenance and which was witnessed by maintenance guy, but management making out my mistake I didn't parked the car correctly. Where to begin? Lol. To start, the walls are super thin and I can hear everything from the stomping of my upstairs neighbors to the arguments of the neighbors next to me. Some nights it is very difficult to sleep because of the noise. When I moved in there were things in my apartment that should've been fixed before I even moved in and it was SO DIFFICULT to get management to schedule maintenance to come and fix very simple things. This place is rat infested . You can see structural supports falling apart on the building's and I was told the elevators have been broken for years. Nothing luxury about this place. UPDATE 3-18-23 health department shut down all the pools. Still looking for the "Luxury" here...
