Have been a resident here, almost 5 yrs., The second year of residency here, we noticed evidence of termites, and notified management. Was put on pest control's list, and thought no more about the issue, but reappeared shortly after, again management notified, and was placated, and apologized to. Got tired of complaining. New management came in 2 yrs. ago, and issue reported again, still not resolved. We've been given a 3 day eviction notice, because for March, we're trying to get out, and rent's not paid.
