Anthony doing good job he is compasive and care for the costumer
CAUTION This company are THIEVES! I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. I hired them to replace my water pump at my business and in less than a month the group home run out of water . Tommy the owner after 3 days without water stated that it was not his fault. He recommended to add an additional pump and water tank for additional 1,500 after he charged me 7,000. DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER. WATERMAN 911 IS IT!!!!!! By far, the best company in SWFL to care for all your water needs. The Owner Tommy is a straight up guy who goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of, he is the definition of running a business with the community in mind. Alex, his manager is super helpful, efficient and friendly. The entire team exemplifies customer service. I’d give them 10 stars if it was possible.
Called at 1pm on a Saturday and mentioned to Alex that I needed maintenance service. Anthony came out the same day. Literally a few hours later. He was so informative and taught me much needed information about well water. He also made sure to answer every single question I had. A few days later I had a question regarding R.O and he called me to answer even more questions. 10/10 highly recommend this company for your water needs. I will continue to use them.
