RecommendedJust concluded a 20 day vacation on the island and I decided to frequent the Waterman Restaurant.. A LOT. Everything about the restaurant was beautiful- the food, atmosphere, sunset views, wine list, dinner menu, wait service, and chef Eric 😉 you guys definitely stepped up your game since I was last there in April. Kudos!

Food has always been great. The bartender had a attitude the other night but whatever we tipped the bar back good. Hopefully dives open soon and the bartender can get back to whatever shithole she was at before. Cause that restaurant doesn’t deserve someone like that. But top notch on food and great views!

My husband caught a 20 inch flounder today and we remember seeing on the Waterman menu a “catch and cook” option...we brought it in and low and behold!!! This was truly the best fish I’ve ever had and we’ve eaten in some pretty swanky seafood places but our complete compliments to the Chef!! 👨🍳 The fish was delicious, presentation was exquisite! The Shrimp 🍤 kisses were amazing as well!! Thank you to the staff at Waterman Restaurant for an incredible dining experience!!

My wife daughter and I had the pleasure of eating at the “new” Waterman’s last night. What an amazing improvement! The new management has really done an outstanding job. The place looks beautiful and the the food was delicious. I had the Cowboy Ribeye. I’m 61 years old and with the first few bites, I knew I was enjoying one of the top 5 steaks I’d ever eaten.
