Great crew. On time, knew what they were doing, polite, cleaned up. They even had to remove and replace our cupola. Roger was a great super, stayed here the entire time and showed me progress pictures as work was being done. Can't say enough about Waterman Roofing and their guys.
The process with Aaron was very transparent as he walked us through from beginning to end (and answered all my questions in between!) The roofing crew was polite and efficient, so my whole roof got done in one day. I'm thankful for their time and attention to detail.
Joe and James and the team provided top notch service and the new roof is beautiful! They arrived on time, set up and went to work just as they promised. They took special care of the plants around the house and the clean up job included extra sweeps to ensure all nails were accounted for.
Prompt, professional office staff and lead staff on the job. their roofers were precise in every aspect of installing my house and garage roof in one day. The roof looks amazing. They come with my highest recommendation. Their clean up was perfect.
Incredibly strange experience. I took a day off of work for Joe Guardia to give me an estimate to re-line my gutters and seal my roof against ice dams. He called me day-of to cancel because he was sick. I took ANOTHER day off for him to show up (now two days off work); this time he showed up, isolated the problem and gave me (in writing by email) what was an extremely high estimate, but … they are highly rated, and I can’t take another day off of work, so I text him ok, and ask when we can schedule.
