Very reliable company, and professional. We use them for whirlpools service and water feature. Quick response to all service calls. I would definitely recommend them. I have worked with various pool companies over the years and had issues with all of them. I am happy to have found Watermaid.
Anthony from Watermaid has been an invaluable help to us during our transition from an outside contractor to having our own trained team to take care of all pools, hot tubs and Aqua Path features. He has been solid as a rock, I don't know what we would have done without him.
