Trust me. Don't do it. If you have an issue with a neighbor being unreasonably loud, their solution will be "call the cops." They have a lot of rules that they like to remind their residents of with emails, but none of them are actually enforced. It breaks my heart to post a negative review because I love living at Waterlynn at Concord and we had plans to live here for 3 more years until we buy a house. However, when the apartment management tells you to call the police for noise, instead of truly listening to loyal residents who have lived here for 3 years and paid on time, then you know something’s got to change. Too many break ins is leading to an unsafe complex. I haven’t enjoyed living here.

New management company is awful. They don’t care about their tenants at all. It’s been awful since Lincoln property management has taken over. The pool isn’t open and they don’t even keep it clean throughout the season. There is fungus growing on all the ladders, dead frogs in the skimmers, filled with leaves and bugs. It’s completely disgusting!! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here.
I love the quiet place , and the amenities of the complex. This place is beautiful once the winter months pass and all the greenery comes back.... and the views of the sun rising and setting is beautiful too....
Great area, quiet community, lots of amenities
We really enjoy living here. Vannessa in the office is amazing. She made our transition from out of state to here so easy! Since being here, we've felt very welcomed. Our maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner and the maintenance crew is very friendly. I think you get here what you put out - if you're social and friendly, then you'll get the same in return. I only have two small issues, but I still love living here: no playground for kids (I have a little one) and I wasn't told that the bedroom was over a garag... read more
