I have been going to this dentist for about 5 years now. They are so kind and welcoming upon arrival. I love the massage chair, heat pad for your neck and essential oils. I have always been nervous visiting the dentist but they have put me at ease as much as possible. My hygienist is amazing as well and helps me to also be as comfortable as possible. They are professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! 10 stars rating if I could!
I had a really great experience at Waterloo Smiles. I went in because I needed my retainer fixed and they were super quick and efficient with it. The whole team was really welcoming and friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I really appreciated how easy and smooth everything was.
I just went into Waterloo Smiles for the first time this morning since I have moved back to Waterloo. I have to say I usually HATE going to the dentist (some can make you feel guilty for the condition of your teeth.) I was impressed by their friendly staff, how informative Dr. J was and how quickly they came up with a solution to fix some problem areas! I was comfortable through the whole process. Highly recommend this location!
