I cannot recommend Dr. Javad enough! After needing a root canal, I was expecting multiple appointments and a long process, but Dr. Javad completed everything, including my permanent crown, in the same day. What truly impressed me was that everything was done in-house. He has all the advanced technology and equipment needed to design and create the crown right in his office, which saved me so much time and hassle. Amazing experience with Waterloo Smiles Dental. Highly recommend this clinic. Miss Kim and Miss Viv were courteous, friendly and super helpful when booking my appointment. I got my teeth cleaned by Camille, and she was very gentle and made the entire cleaning process completely pain-free. The dentist was also professional, thorough, and took the time to address my concerns. 5 stars all the way!!!!
After four years of going from one dentist to another — never fully happy with the service or the way I was being charged — I finally found a dentist who is fair, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. Dr. Javad takes the time to explain everything, listens carefully, and makes you feel confident about your oral health. I’m honestly so relieved to finally have a dentist I can trust and won’t have to worry about where to go if anything happens. I would 100% recommend him.
Receptionist Kim & Viv were very friendly and helpful during my appointment. The dentist was also patient and professional in making sure that my teeth were properly assessed. Overall, great experience and the dental office is very clean and inviting.
I come all the way from Toronto to visit Waterloo Smiles Dentistry and it's 100% worth it. Clinic is very clean staff are welcoming and professional and the quality of the work is outstanding. Especially Dr. Javad Jalayer, he's incredibly skilled patient and detail oriented. Highly recommended!
