Everyone here is so lovely!! I had previously only been to one dentist for 19 years and was nervous to try out a new dentist since I am not in my home town anymore. Let me tell you, these people are absolutely amazing and sweet. I am nervous when it comes to needles and having cavities filled, but I have never felt more comfortable with dentists before. I’ve been a long-time patient, and love how friendly the staff are, and how they make me feel comfortable while there. Speaking of comfortable, I absolutely love the high-tech chair I sit in, along with the offered neck roll (warmed to boot!), and aromatherapy to calm me during my appt. And who doesn’t love wearing ‘designer’ sunshades during their dental cleaning? 😉 😊
I visited Waterloo Smiles for the first time last week and was blown away with the level of professionalism from the entire team. I first met with Natasha at the front desk and she had a busy afternoon and no other staff to support her and she was still able to manage keeping up with all of the patients while keeping a smile on her face. The team at Waterloo Smiles go above and beyond to make your visit as pleasant as possible. I've had quite a bit of dental work this year, and feel I'm in the best of hands.
Great for scalling , polishing and check up, especially for Uwaterloo students. Would recommend. Also it is covered by student care (as well as being part of the student network, so you don’t have to pay anything out of pocket). Very kind and efficient, will definitely be coming back. Really impressed so I am literally writing this review in the ion ride back 😆. Also supper easy to get to (less than 10 min for Uwaterloo campus) as it is right next to an ion stop
