Today I went to Waterloo storage and got a 10x15 unit. The office was easy access. Once in, I spoke with Katrina. She provided excellent friendly service! She took the time to show me the unit. It was clean and secure. Katrina processed the paperwork quickly and even mentioned the outstanding promotions which I took. Great service! Thank you!

just ended a now 2 years medium size unit with them. online price shows 71$ don’t let this fool you i paid 79$ a month and with their recent newly added paint to the lot the price jumped to 134$. after turning in my unit i did how ever get a call offering to lower the price. to late. they did ensure me that i would be charged a additional months fee due to the 30day notice they req. seems like this place is hurting for business. this rating is to reflect how this place operates. i wont be returning. note: no where is it post... read more
