Terrible service. I reserved online and then had to wait ten minutes in the office because no one was there and it was stinky in the office. Lady at front desk said she didn't have anything available and their internet was down and she had no way of knowing I booked online to call me in advance to let me know they had nothing available. Honestly I’m ANGRY! This place is a whole lie all they do is lie and abuse there customers knowing they are low income they played games saying they were helping my grandmother change her due date then she still gets charged because the date was never changed! This place is the worst I will never recommend them to anyone ! How do you treat your elderly and low income seniors like this!?! Honestly I’m grateful that they finally were able to help my grandmother with sorting out her storage due date … she is income based and her bill was always due way before her income hit and all her money to survive was paying late fees every month so I’m very glad they were finally able to help her fix this.
What a pleasant surprise when we arrived to look at some storage units. We were greeted by the manager name Ana and right away we knew that our belongings would be in a safe place. You could tell that she cared you can tell that she kept the place really clean. She seemed to have a lot of compassion and understanding for our situation and that just meant everything to us.
