just ended a now 2 years medium size unit with them. online price shows 71$ don’t let this fool you i paid 79$ a month and with their recent newly added paint to the lot the price jumped to 134$. after turning in my unit i did how ever get a call offering to lower the price. to late. they did ensure me that i would be charged a additional months fee due to the 30day notice they req. seems like this place is hurting for business. this rating is to reflect how this place operates. i wont be returning. note: no where is it post... read more
Waterloo storage is a good storage facility. Customer service was great but I was mislead over the price I saw advertised paid 40$ more than I expected.Then only yesterday 7/29/25 I was harrased by an employee for using the walk gate when I have no car !!!Not cool

Friendly and efficient receptionist. Quick response when I moved in.
Terrible service. I reserved online and then had to wait ten minutes in the office because no one was there and it was stinky in the office. Lady at front desk said she didn't have anything available and their internet was down and she had no way of knowing I booked online to call me in advance to let me know they had nothing available.
