Absolute disgusting service from the front desk. Came in to apply to be a patient was flat out told “we cannot accept your application”
I have been visiting this clinic for the past two years, and I truly appreciate the care provided by nurses Sarah Cleland and Christina Tunks. They are responsible, caring, and have always treated patients with kindness and professionalism. However, I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist during my recent visit. I arrived 8 minutes late for my appointment because I had forgotten to bring my B12 medication for the injection and had to drive back home to get it. Love my NP (Janet is amazing)
This place is horrible!! They do not answer the phones. They do not return messages. The NP can be rude and snappy. Do NOT go here. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
