Unfortunately despite providing some decent services they have very strict policy for being late, even when it's not in your control. People with ADHD are basically punished for that, while we need help with it from the doctors in the first place, and i was left feeling defeated and pointless. I will have to start looking somewhere else. It feels like people with mental health issues are forgotten, again. P.s. they can let you know the same day if your appointment has to be adjusted or canceled.
Absolute disgusting service from the front desk. Came in to apply to be a patient was flat out told “we cannot accept your application”
I have been visiting this clinic for the past two years, and I truly appreciate the care provided by nurses Sarah Cleland and Christina Tunks. They are responsible, caring, and have always treated patients with kindness and professionalism. However, I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist during my recent visit. I arrived 8 minutes late for my appointment because I had forgotten to bring my B12 medication for the injection and had to drive back home to get it.
