Very disappointed in the legal aid clinic. They do not respond to your phone calls or emails. You have to run them down in order to get a response. I was speaking w Veronica she is useless. Do not use her or ask for her for legal expertise as she has none. They are not professionals at the legal aid clinic more like amateurs and the people who work at the front desk are miserable and rude. It’s unbelievable how you guys are running this clinic. I understood why I couldn't get help. My issue is when there is zero empathy for bad news and the immediate jump to "You should use your (insert therapy of choice) skills to deal with your distress". You don't know people personally, yet you are privileged with such sensitive personal information. That is a sacred amount of trust you have been given.
