I had the LTB tell me to go to legal aid ,I did I had 4 lawyers from this office & one had my case for yrs did nothing ( not even show up in court or help with paperwork) the 2nd lawyer waited for the last second to do my paperwork & did it all wrong.
The lawyers and staff here are all amazing! They have helped me Landlord and Tenants Board issues and hearings. Plus they helped me fight for my ODSP case. The 4 times that I have needed them, they have always been willing to help. Highly recommend them if you are in need of a great people to help you with your legal issues, these are your people! Thank you so very much to everyone at Waterloo Region Community Legal Services!!!!

They almost never respond to anything imo this place is useless. They are supposed to help but they just leave you hanging when you need help the most
