Very prompt and skillful care. Service is polite, if not terribly cold and short. Could benefit from some classes in more compassionate care for patients.
The dentist and one of the nurses were fantastic with my daughter!! The anesthesiologist had a horrible bedside manner. My daughter was there due to anxiety of needles so a normal cavity filling procedure wasn't working. She came out after I could hear her raising her voice with my daughter from the waiting room and told me my child needed therapy and medication to function normally. The discharge nurse was also horrible and almost dumped my daughter out of the wheelchair by going down off a curb instead of down the ramp tha... read more
Dr. Alison and her team are great! Everyone is friendly; from the front desk to the hygienists and of course, Dr. Alison herself! They are thorough at explaining any procedure, addressing concerns/questions, and compassionate. As someone with health anxiety, I felt at ease bringing my child here. Would definitely come back here if we’re referred again for any future issues. Thank you!
If your child has Medicare STAY AWAY from here. Last year I took my kid there in November. Everytime i have an appointment they email and text reminders everything comes through! Comes February I call tommake an appointment and they say “oh we notified you that we no longer accept your MCO”! I ask when they say September or October they sent out notices! Maybe it went to your junk mail! So thats their trick to weed out and lower their medicaid patients! Nothign went to my junk mail they never sent any email and funny enough ... read more
