Edit: pending proof but they have agreed to waived the 200$ cancellations fee. Would not recommend scheduling a surgery or anything here if you have hawki/ Medicaid they do not communicate the costs. My son had a surgery scheduled for the 26th of June at 7am is when we were to arrive. They contacted me the 24th at 5 pm stating there was a change in billing they had no idea about an I needed to have 475$ to cover it the same day.
