Excellent service from Brad on an issue regarding the extended warranty and Sipha completed the necessary repairs in an efficient manner. Everything was done to ensure my car was safe . The extended warranty was well worth the cost and I would highly recommend this dealership and the excellent service staff.
I recently moved from Alberta to Waterloo. In Alberta, I had a family mechanic who always serviced my 2017 Nissan Rogue. He was reliable and trustworthy, and my vehicle only ever required standard maintenance. After moving, I brought my vehicle here for an out-of-province safety inspection to register it in Ontario. I was quoted over $4,000, which I knew immediately was absurd. DO NOT purchase nor use the service department here. We brought our new nissan Pathfinder in for a warranty repair. It was the sun roof. They didn't have the parts etc. When they got the parts we scheduled the drop off first thing June 30th, was told there was an expert on staff to fix this issue but needed our Nissan to sit to make sure sunroof set up properly.
