Drove nearly two hours to purchase my Nissan Pathfinder - sight unseen, after having had many conversations with their used car sales team. They were amazing. Took the time to go over warranty options without pressuring us, and the sales agent patiently guided us through the many tech upgrades this vehicle had. They made it a pleasant experience which was nice as we were coming from quite a distance, and it was also my birthday. Wish they were closer, would highly recommend this dealership!
I had my car looked after there .They fixed the problem very fast ,they provided a loner car which was great. I recommend going here they were great
I find the service and staff at waterloo nissan to be excellent. The are always friendly and helpful. Paul made the visit pleasant and efficient.
I had booked a tire change and oil change for 10am on May 9th. They were so short staffed I did not get my vehicle back until 5:30 which is after the service department closes at 3. This is not the first time it has taken way too long for the service booked but this time was the worst. The staff looked exhausted at 5:30 as they had been working hard all day long. We had an absolutely terrible experience today at Waterloo Nissan after being customers there for the last 5 years. We had a 7:15 AM appointment scheduled for tire service and specifically arranged with Stacey (who was lovely and very helpful) to drop the vehicle off Friday evening so it would be first in line the next morning. We left work early the night before just to make sure everything was ready for prompt service.
