We picked up our pre-owned vehicle from Waterloo Nissan today. Although we were happy with the car itself and our sales representative, the cleaning (lack thereof) completed by the detail team was atrocious. Not only was it not ready on time, but as we were driving the car home we noticed how much cleaning was missed (please see pictures). Very disappointed with this aspect of our experience with Waterloo Nissan.
They like to block off the Flo chargers with employee vehicles so no public use at all. Avoid
