I visited Waterloo Honda to check out a vehicle, and the experience was very disappointing. Instead of showing us the car, the staff spent a long time trying to explain payment options and insisting that we confirm our intention to buy before even seeing the vehicle. They made no effort to show the car and treated us as if we weren’t serious buyers. This is not the kind of customer service expected when making such an important purchase. Overall, a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
We had the absolute worst experience with this dealership. Particularly Damir, their salesman. We asked them to complete a very simple operation at the end of our lease, and he flat-out refused to help, saying they “have queues” and wouldn’t be able to get it done on time. We had been talking to Damir for months in advance, repeatedly checking to make sure everything would go smoothly and he still did nothing! I contacted this dealership to inquire about a Honda vehicle, but unfortunately, they didn’t provide any clear pricing information. It seemed that they assumed I was reaching out to multiple dealerships, which wasn’t the case. I was genuinely interested in making a purchase, but the experience felt unhelpful.
