Well first of all my name isn’t Margaret, it’s Gina, somebody was supposed to change that in the system. It looks like that didn’t happen. I don’t know how many times I’ve been called Margaret now not to mention trying to get a hold of the place is absolutely horrible. Great experience on purchase. After purchasing service has been poor. No call backs when leaving message. Today I've been waiting for over 4 hours on a routine oil and break service. I was told when I booked this was a two hour appointment. Sitting in the lobby cancelling client meeting scheduled for this afternoon. If you purchase a vehicle here I would reccomended purchasing a service package from a different dealership.

The service was great. Making the service appointment was not. No one ever answered the service appointment line, and no messages left there were returned. The website chatbot which made various offers and promises of help was useless. It took me days to get through to someone to make an appointment.
