Great job! Installed much sooner than quoted. Service technicians were polite & professional. Glad we went with the owners suggestion to get the upgraded rubber on bottom (and thanks for the discount on that!). Also very happy to not have to pay any tariffs, just as Wendy promised!

A salesperson (now former according to LinkedIn) of this business, Sean McDonald, gave a 1 star review to my business, which he has never had any interaction with, because I gave three to this one. The staff were doing work at my condo building and were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and did a terrible job (doors repeatedly had to be fixed even after multiple visits). I can't say enough about the quality of product and the quality of service. They didn't try to oversell us. In fact, they talked us out of a certain design and we couldn't be more appreciative. For them it is about customer, not profit. Something that is lacking in business nowadays.
Fred came in, assessed the garage door and opener, and advised of the best course of action. He fixed it quickly and with a smile. I highly recommend Fred and Waterloo Grage. 5 stars!! If I could give out 10 stars, I would!
